ChatRPEPrivacy Policy

ChatRPE collects data related specifically to your physical training and performance to power your AI coaching and logbook features. This includes:

• Training Logs: Exercises, sets, reps, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).
• Physical Metrics: Current weight, height, and age used for volume calculations.

Your data is processed via third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate coaching insights. This data is transmitted securely and is used solely to provide your personal responses. We do not sell your performance data to third parties.

You may attach images, voice notes, and (on eligible plans) short videos to your chats. These uploads are stored in Firebase Storage under your account and are readable only by you. We track the daily upload volume per user to enforce per-plan quotas but do not inspect the contents for advertising.

Uploaded media is forwarded to our AI provider as part of the message you send so that the coach can respond. Do not upload sensitive medical imagery, images of minors, or content you do not have the right to share.

You maintain full control over your data. You may request a full export or permanent deletion of your training logs and account information at any time via the application settings.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Payment: Payment is charged through Stripe, whether you subscribe on the web or from the mobile app. Promotional access codes may also grant time-limited subscriptions.
• No Financial Access: ChatRPE does not collect or store your credit card or billing information. All payment data is handled by Stripe.
• Management: To manage or cancel your subscription, use the Stripe billing portal, which you can open from your account settings.
