ChatRPE is operated by Criston Jackson, doing business as ChatRPE (“ChatRPE”, “we”, “us”). By accessing ChatRPE, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use ChatRPE. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.

You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks of physical injury or death. Your training choices are your own, and you take responsibility for them to the extent the law allows. You agree that you are physically capable of performing the exercises you log or request information about.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatRPE and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profit or data, arising from the use of the service, including where the AI gives incorrect or suboptimal training advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or your rights under consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ChatRPE against third-party claims, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. If you are in the EU, you can also use your national consumer dispute bodies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country always apply.

ChatRPE allows you to attach images, voice notes, and, on eligible plans, short videos to your chat messages. You are solely responsible for any content you upload and confirm that you have the right to share it.

• Upload Quotas: Plans have image-count and voice/Siri allowances shown on the pricing screen. Per-message image limits, per-file size caps, and upload abuse safeguards also apply. Daily media allowances reset at midnight UTC; weekly image allowances reset Monday at midnight UTC.
• Video Attachments: Video uploads are a Premium feature. Clips must be under the per-file limit for your plan.
• Prohibited Content: Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, harassing, or that contains the identifiable likeness of any person who has not consented to share it with ChatRPE.
• Processing: Uploaded media is sent to our AI providers so the coach can respond. You grant ChatRPE a limited license to store and process uploaded content to deliver the service.

ChatRPE offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide ongoing AI coaching value. Subscriptions are sold through Link, by Stripe as our Merchant of Record, or redeemed via promotional access codes. Stripe handles payment, sales tax and receipts, and Link’s terms also apply to your purchase. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Payment: Payment is charged through Stripe, whether you subscribe on the web or from the mobile app. Your statement shows the charge as LINK.COM*.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Cancellation: To cancel, use the billing portal, which you can open from your account settings.
• Promo Codes: Promotional access codes are discretionary, non-transferable, revocable, and have no cash value. Codes may be limited by account, plan, product, geography, timing, eligibility, or availability; may not be sold, transferred, published, automated, or combined with other offers unless we expressly allow it; and expire automatically at the end of the promotional period. We may refuse, modify, expire, cancel, or reverse any code, discount, promotional access, or related benefit at any time, including for suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.
• Partner Codes: Partner program descriptions, example code names, example discounts, and application-page language are invitations to apply, not a binding offer, commission guarantee, employment relationship, agency relationship, or promise of future compensation. Any partner discount, reward, payout, revenue share, or recurring compensation requires our written approval. We may change, pause, revoke, or end any partner promo code or related benefit at any time. If we determine that activity is abusive, misleading, ineligible, fraudulent, or harmful to ChatRPE, we may revoke the code immediately and withhold or forfeit any unpaid, pending, or future payout or partner compensation.
• Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

• 14 Days, Any Charge: You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal charge. You do not have to tell us why. Write to us if something went wrong with an older charge and we will look at it.
• How to Ask: Email [email protected] with the address you paid with, or ask Link support from your receipt. Stripe processes refunds to your original payment method, and may also refund a charge within 60 days in some cases.
• After a Refund: The subscription is canceled and paid features end. Your account, logs and history stay, on the free plan.
• Your Legal Rights: Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live, including any cooling-off period for online purchases.

The coach’s replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.

You can stop using ChatRPE and delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect, and any refund the law requires will apply.
