If you experience any pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath while following a workout suggested by this tool, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks of physical injury or death. By using ChatRPE, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your training. You agree that you are physically capable of performing the exercises you log or request information about.

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall ChatRPE or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, physical injury, loss of profit, or data) arising from the use of the AI service, even if the AI provides incorrect or suboptimal training advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatRPE from any claims, actions, or demands, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
ChatRPE allows you to attach images, voice notes, and, on eligible plans, short videos to your chat messages. You are solely responsible for any content you upload and confirm that you have the right to share it.
- •Upload Quotas: Uploads are subject to per-file size caps and a daily upload volume cap that varies by plan. Attempts to exceed these caps will be rejected.
- •Video Attachments: Video uploads are a Premium feature. Clips must be under the per-file limit for your plan.
- •Prohibited Content: Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, harassing, or that contains the identifiable likeness of any person who has not consented to share it with ChatRPE.
- •Processing: Uploaded media is sent to our AI providers so the coach can respond. You grant ChatRPE a limited license to store and process uploaded content to deliver the service.
ChatRPE offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide ongoing AI coaching value. Subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe (web), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS app), or redeemed via promotional access codes. By subscribing, you acknowledge:
- •Payment: Payment is charged through the billing provider you used to subscribe - Stripe for web purchases, or your Apple ID for in-app purchases.
- •Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- •Renewal Cost: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- •Cancellation: To cancel, use the Stripe billing portal (web subscribers) or your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS subscribers). Cancellation must be done through the provider you subscribed with.
- •Promo Codes: Promotional access codes are discretionary, non-transferable, revocable, and have no cash value. Codes may be limited by account, plan, product, geography, timing, eligibility, or availability; may not be sold, transferred, published, automated, or combined with other offers unless we expressly allow it; and expire automatically at the end of the promotional period. We may refuse, modify, expire, cancel, or reverse any code, discount, promotional access, or related benefit at any time, including for suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.
- •Partner Codes: Partner program descriptions, example code names, example discounts, and application-page language are invitations to apply, not a binding offer, commission guarantee, employment relationship, agency relationship, or promise of future compensation. Any partner discount, reward, payout, revenue share, or recurring compensation requires our written approval. We may change, pause, revoke, or end any partner promo code or related benefit at any time. If we determine that activity is abusive, misleading, ineligible, fraudulent, or harmful to ChatRPE, we may revoke the code immediately and withhold or forfeit any unpaid, pending, or future payout or partner compensation.
- •Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
